Getting there from the Information Centre

DIRECTION FROM HELENSBURGH
Follow the coast road (A814) following the road all the way around the Gareloch, past Faselane and round to the other side of the Loch. Taking a left hand turn to the Rosneath Peninsula, from here you are about a 6-7 mins. drive.

You will drive through a few villages, but keep going until you reach the village of Rosneath.

When you enter the village, you go up a slight incline, and over a wee bridge, with railings on both your left and right hand side. This is where a small selection of shops are and the payphone. Turn right, just before the St Modens Church - you are now in the Clachan. CO-OP shop is on your right and the left a few yards beyond the Church is the driveway to Easter Garth.

FORT WILLIAM - A82 SOUTH past Luss, RIGHT TURN A817 follow to end, RIGHT at roundabout - LEFT at Roundabout, down hill, RIGHT turn Rosneath Peninsula, Enter village, up slight incline, TURN right just over railed bridge, between St Modens Church & Shop

GARELOCHHEAD is the nearest station and then by taxi or Bus to Rosneath

HELENSBURGH station - Most regular rail service with Bus route to Rosneath.

HELENSBURGH - HAS GOOD CONNECTIONS TO GLASGOW

GLASGOW INTERNATION AIRPORT - is the nearest
From Airport, take the M8, head towards ERSKINE BRIDGE , join the M898 over the Erskine Bridge, take the exit LEFT toward Dumbarton - join the A82
Take the A82 North (loch lomond) At Roundabout, continue towards Loch Lomond, at next roundabout, straight on past DeVere Cameron House. Next Roundabout, straight on A82 - At the dual carrigae way, turn Right A817 (Garelochhead)
At the end of the A817 - roundabout TURN right, down the hill and TURN RIGHT . CONTINUE into Rosneath - UP a small incline, and just after the railings over the little bridge, TURN RIGHT - the shop CO_OP on your right and St Modens Chuch on your left - we are just behind the church
